We package our 100ah 12v lithium ion battery in double - layered thick cardboard boxes for optimal protection during transit. Each lithium ion battery is surrounded by foam boards inside the box to safeguard it from all sides.

To further reinforce the packaging, we use PVC film on the outermost layer of the cardboard box.
